Tuition is paid monthly beginning August 1, 2021 through May 1, 2022, spread across ten equal payments. We ask families to set up automatic credit card payments. Tuition is considered late on the 4th day of the month. Any late or declined tuition payments will incur a $20 late fee. Refund Policy

1. In order to receive a refund of tuition or stop payment on future tuition payments:
   a) The primary parent or guardian must provide 30 day written notice to Great Hearts Online Private that their student is withdrawing from the program, or
   b) Great Hearts Online Private provides 30 day written notice to the parent advising that the student has been dismissed from the program.
2. The notice of withdrawal or dismissal is deemed to be effective from the date a receipt confirmation is provided by the GHO Academy Operations Manager.
3. Upon return of all Great Hearts Online – Private devices and textbooks, in acceptable condition, a refund for all future academic months. Application fee and Scholar Success Kit fee are not refundable.
4. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of Great Hearts Online – Private receiving all devices and textbooks.
5. Tuition refunds will be processed on a pro-rate basis using the official withdrawal date. The pro-rate refund will be calculated by the number of school days from the first day of student attendance to the date of withdrawal.
